Refund policy

At ELEVATE NOW, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain products, including used items and personal care products, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
